How long is the rental period?
We work with each customer to determine the rental period based on the type of event. Generally, rental items are available one or two days prior to your event date and can be returned or picked up the day after the event.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery for a fee.
What time will you deliver my rental items?
We work with each customer to meet their needs and ensure delivery is at a time that is convenient and allows for enough time set up the event.
Do you set up and take down rented items, like tables and chairs?
No, our services do not include set up and take down of rental items.
Do you require a deposit to reserve rental items for a specific date?
Yes, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The deposit is required to book the rental items and date.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or credit/debit cards.
